Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Bantam Bash game ("the Game"), provided by Ugur Cekmez ("we", "us"). The Game is not directed at children. By downloading or playing the Game, you confirm you are old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country, and you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. License to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the app store you obtained it from (e.g. the Apple App Store).
2. Acceptable use
When playing — especially online — you agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, or tamper with the Game or its network traffic;
- harass, abuse, or harm other players;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our servers or other players' sessions;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Game except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Online play
Online features depend on your network and on servers we operate. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue online features, matchmaking, or the Game itself at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
4. Virtual items and purchases
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases of cosmetic virtual items in the future. Any such items are licensed, not sold; they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are non-refundable except as required by law or by the app store's policies. Purchases are processed by the app store, not by us.
5. Intellectual property
The Game and all of its content — code, art, characters, audio, and the "Bantam Bash" name — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.
6. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
